We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:
- You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date to submit a refund request.
- Item is in the same condition you received it; unworn, no makeup marks, unwashed with tags attached. Otherwise we will send the item back and reject the return.
- Not purchased off the "Sale Rack" or marked as "Final Sale".
- Order hasn't been exchanged already.
- Item must be returned in a timely manner once contacting us.
- Item has been cared for according to its specific care instructions.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE:
- You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date to submit an exchange request.
- Item is in the same condition you received it; unworn, no makeup marks, unwashed with tags attached. Otherwise we will send the item back and reject the return.
- Item not marked as "Final Sale".
FAULTY ITEM:
- Please contact us ASAP should you receive a faulty item.
- Very occasionally items can be faulty and we would never knowingly send you a faulty item. We will be just as disappointed as you should this occur. We will replace the item with a new one and refund your postage if you have to return it to us.
- Ensure you have followed all care instructions for delicate items, otherwise we cannot take responsibility for items that have not been cared for in the correct manner.
