ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date to submit a refund request.
  • Item is in the same condition you received it; unworn, no makeup marks, unwashed with tags attached. Otherwise we will send the item back and reject the return. 
  • Not purchased off the "Sale Rack" or marked as "Final Sale".
  • Order hasn't been exchanged already.
  • Item must be returned in a timely manner once contacting us. 
  • Item has been cared for according to its specific care instructions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date to submit an exchange request.
  • Item is in the same condition you received it; unworn, no makeup marks, unwashed with tags attached. Otherwise we will send the item back and reject the return. 
  • Item not marked as "Final Sale".

FAULTY ITEM:

  • Please contact us ASAP should you receive a faulty item.
  • Very occasionally items can be faulty and we would never knowingly send you a faulty item. We will be just as disappointed as you should this occur. We will replace the item with a new one and refund your postage if you have to return it to us. 
  • Ensure you have followed all care instructions for delicate items, otherwise we cannot take responsibility for items that have not been cared for in the correct manner.
